We want you to look fab today! Most orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 12 Noon Monday-Friday PST. Orders placed after 12 Noon or on the weekend and holidays will be shipped the following business day. 

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, except for Priority Mail Express.  We are not liable if you do not receive your package on the delivery date. USPS is responsible for all delivery dates (including Priority Mail Express).


Free Shipping for orders $100 & up: All orders $100 and up ship for FREE with USPS Priority mail. Shipping times will typically take anywhere from 2-4 days. 

Priority Mail - Insured up to $50: You may choose Priority Mail for only $6.95.  Packages valuing $50 and under are insured for this price.  Anything over is not insured. Tracking is included. Packages should arrive within 2-4 days.

Priority Mail - Insured for orders $50.01 - $149.00:  For package insurance on orders valuing $50.01- $149.00 you may choose Priority Mail for $8.95.  If you do not desire package insurance you may select the $5.95 option. Tracking included.  Packages should arrive within 2-4 days.

Express Mail: You may upgrade to Express Mail with package insurance for $25.00.  Orders placed by noon PST (M-F) will be shipped the same day and should arrive in 1-2 business days from USPS.

Local Pick-Up: If you are local to the OC you may choose to pick-up your items.  This option requires an appointment made prior to pick-up.  If you choose this option we will contact you via email or phone to set up the pick-up appointment.  DO NOT pick-up without an appointment please. 

Shipping to Canada: All orders under $150.00 ship for a flat fee of $30.00. Orders over $150.00 ship for a flat fee of $20.00. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the USA. 


Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Please enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank.

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Please allow 7 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance. If you have a lost/stolen package we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.

We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost (shipping varies on the USPS method you choose).
