Time: All returned items must be postmarked and sent back to us within 14 days from the date delivered to you.
Details: Items must be in perfect condition upon return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition; this includes make-up stains from trying clothes on. **Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you**
Refund Type: In-store credit only. Within 2-4 business days upon receipt of your return, we will email you with your store credit information. Then you can get your dari.ann shopping on again ♥︎
Not Returnable: Basics, Accessories, Scarves, Hats and Sale items may not be returned. Gift Cards are considered final sale and not returnable. Any discounts or promo codes equal or greater than 20% off will be considered final sale.
Time: Our items often sell out very quickly, we recommend placing a new order right away for the item you wish to exchange to ensure you get the size/color you want. We will ship your new order to you immediately.
Help: Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to assist with your exchange and if you have already placed your new order for the exchange we will credit your shipping. On an exchange, dari.ann will happily cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item back to you.
Details: All exchanged items must be postmarked for return within 7 days from the date delivered.
♥︎ If you would like to use a pre-paid USPS label to return your items, please email: email@example.com or call: 949-706-3316 we will email you a pre-paid label that you can print out and tape to your package.
♥︎ To avoid dari.ann's return shipping charge, you may send your package back on your own. Please email us for return shipping information at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Refund: Once we receive your return package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping and a $6.45 USPS return shipping fee if a pre-paid label is used. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be applied to your original method of payment.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order. If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it will be considered wear and tear. Sorry we cannot make exceptions.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Purchasing insurance and tracking for your package is highly suggested for your package protection. Any shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.
Please do not use scissors or any sharp utensils to open your package!
Returns sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to $6.45 shipping + $10 handling fee to be returned to you.
